Update On Twelve Garages Rear of
An Appeal has been made to the Planning Inspectorate. The Appeal follows the refusal of the planning permission by the Council at a recent meeting of its Planning & Development Committee. The appeal is to be determined by the written procedures.
Any comments, which you may already have made following the original application for planning permission (unless they are expressly confidential), will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate and the appellant - and will be taken into account by the Inspector in determining the appeal.

Please ensure that any representations you wish to make on this appeal are sent in triplicate to the Planning Inspectorate by 10 September 2010. A copy of the appellant's grounds of appeal are available for inspection, as will be the Council's hearing statement which is currently be prepared at the offices of the Head of Planning & Regeneration, Civic Centre, Russel Street, Middlesbrough and these may be inspected during normal office hours.
